PANews 4月4日消息，伊利诺伊州计划撤销其针对Coinbase的质押相关诉讼，成为继肯塔基州、佛蒙特州和南卡罗来纳州之后第四个撤诉的美国州。
目前，仍有阿拉巴马州、加利福尼亚州、马里兰州、新泽西州、华盛顿州和威斯康星州继续对Coinbase进行质押相关诉讼。其中，新泽西州和华盛顿州的代表确认案件仍在进行，而加利福尼亚州、马里兰州和威斯康星州则拒绝对此发表评论。阿拉巴马州尚未回应媒体的置评请求。
此前，这些州指控Coinbase通过其质押计划违反州证券法。2023年，美国共有10个州对Coinbase提出类似指控，此外，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）也曾起诉Coinbase涉嫌违反联邦证券法，但已于今年2月撤诉。
此前消息，肯塔基州加入南卡罗来纳州和佛蒙特州行列，撤销对Coinbase的诉讼。
