海关总署公告2025年第54号（关于暂停美国C&D (USA) INC.企业高粱和American Proteins inc.等3家企业禽肉骨粉输华资质的公告）
近期，中国海关在进口的美国高粱中检出玉米赤霉烯酮和霉菌总数超标，在进口的美国禽肉骨粉中检出沙门氏菌。为保护中国消费者健康和畜牧业生产安全，根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例、《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》及其实施条例、《进出境粮食检验检疫监督管理办法》、《进出境饲料和饲料添加剂检验检疫监督管理办法》等规定，以及世界贸易组织《实施卫生与植物卫生措施协定》有关规定，海关总署决定自本公告发布之日起暂停涉事企业C&D (USA) INC.（中方注册号：QUSA0824082200028）高粱输华资质，暂停American Proteins , Inc.（中方注册号：QUSA0423071400055）、Mountaire Farms of Delaware, Inc.（中方注册号：QUSA0423112000023）、DARLING INGREDIENTS INC.（中方注册号：QUSA0423071400061）3家涉事企业禽肉骨粉输华资质。

近期，中国海关在进口的美国鸡肉产品中多次检出我国法定禁用药物呋喃西林，为保护消费者健康安全，依据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例、《中华人民共和国进出口食品安全管理办法》等有关规定，海关总署决定自本公告发布之日起暂停Mountaire Farms of Delaware, Inc.（在华注册编号为CUSA01052002200244）、Coastal Processing, LLC（在华注册编号为CUSA01051912250083）等2家企业禽肉产品输华。
特此公告。
