4 月 2 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，破产加密货币借贷公司 BlockFi 表示，债权人必须在 5 月 15 日之前领取其分配资产，到目前为止，97% 的美国客户已经领取了分配，而只有 43% 的非美国客户收到了分配。
索赔人数不足的一个可能原因是人们认为 BlockFi Estate 要求客户选择付款方式的消息是垃圾邮件或网络钓鱼攻击。一些客户可能需要完成 KYC 身份验证流程才能收到分配。BlockFi 强烈建议所有尚未收到分配或完成此流程的客户在 2025 年 5 月 15 日之前完成此流程。
破产法规定，5 月 15 日截止日期之前未被客户认领的资产将由债权等级较低的其他无担保债权人分享。BlockFi 于 2022 年 11 月申请破产，并于 2024 年 7 月宣布了一项计划，将按破产申请时客户债权的美元价值 100% 进行分配。
