　　4月3日消息，港股三大指数集体收跌，截至收盘，恒生指数跌1.52%，报22849.81点，恒生科技指数跌2.09%，国企指数跌1.31%。盘面上，科网股涨跌不一，联想集团跌超7%，京东集团、阿里巴巴跌超5%，快手、百度集团跌超2%，小米集团涨超3%；航运及港口板块普遍下挫，德翔海运跌超15%；内房股普遍收涨，万科企业、融创中国涨超3%。

　　航运及港口板块普遍下挫，德翔海运跌超15%。美国总统特朗普宣布向所有进口商品征收10%的全面关税，对其他被认为在贸易活动中表现不佳的国家，则征收更高的税率，其中，中国被开征34%关税，对欧盟征收20%，向柬埔寨开征49%关税，越南被征46%，泰国征收36%，向印尼征收32%，向韩国开征25%，马来西亚加征24%，日本被征24%，英国征收10%。

　　内房股普遍收涨，万科企业、融创中国涨超3%。房地产市场一季度“成绩单”出炉，市场整体延续了“回稳”主题，核心城市楼市、土地市场表现突出。中指研究院统计显示，在2025年第一季度，全国各地因城施策，累计出台房地产政策超150条，涵盖优化住房公积金政策、优化限售等限制性政策、发放购房补贴等多个维度。
