智通财经APP讯，保德国际发展(00372)及要约人MARCHING GREAT LIMITED联合公布，于2025年4月3日，董事会获要约人告知联合证券将为及代表要约人作出收购全部已发行股份(要约人及要约人一致行动人士已拥有的股份除外)的自愿有条件现金要约。每股要约股份现金0.175港元，较于最后交易日联交所所报的每股股份收市价0.155港元溢价约12.90%。
据悉，要约人由程民骏先生生(亦为要约人的唯一董事)全资拥有，于2017年6月加入该公司出任执行董事，亦为公司多间附属公司的董事。程民骏先生其后于2017年9月获委任为公司主席兼公司董事总经理。
