Foresight News 消息，由 Hut 8 与特朗普家族主导的数据基础设施公司 American Data Centers 共同打造的比特币矿企 American Bitcoin 计划上市，并可能在此之前引入私募投资。Hut 8 CEO Asher Genoot 在彭博社电视采访中表示，未来目标是打造一个由“两个姊妹上市公司”组成的垂直整合企业结构，一部分负责能源、数据中心与基础设施，另一部分则专注加密业务和比特币挖矿。此前，Hut 8 已于 3 月 31 日宣布收购 American Data Centers 80% 股份，该公司随后更名为 American Bitcoin，并独立运营，聚焦比特币挖矿和战略储备建设。American Bitcoin 由特朗普总统的长子小唐纳德·特朗普与次子埃里克·特朗普领导。
