英皇钟表珠宝(00887)发布公告，于2025年4月3日(交易时段后)，公司间接全资附属英皇中国与晓多才订立合资协议，据此，双方同意成立合资公司，合资公司分别由英皇中国拥有51%及由晓多才拥有49%。

公告称，成立合资公司将使集团有效地扩展及分散其零售网络覆盖范围，并进一步加速其于中国内地市场的业务发展，为股东创造长远价值。董事认为合资协议的条款属公平合理，而其项下该等交易乃于公司日常及一般业务过程中按一般商业条款进行，并符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
