宁德时代牵手中石化合作换电 今年将建设不少于500座换电站
广州日报讯（全媒体记者夏铭）4月2日，宁德时代与中国石化签署合作框架协议。根据协议，双方以“产业合作+资本合作”的方式，构建全国换电网络生态和标准建设，统一管理运营换电资产。今年将建设不少于500座换电站，长期目标扩展至10000座。据悉，双方未来将进一步就换电、零碳、微电网、车生态、电池材料等领域拓展合作空间，同时结合产业合作落地推动多层次资本股权合资合作，积极打造第二增长曲线。
业内人士分析，中国石化的加入将加速换电模式规模化进程，核心优势在于场景协同：车主无需改变消费习惯，“加油站即换电站”的布局可依托现有场地、电力配套和用户流量，大幅降低选址成本并提升运营效率。例如，中国石化现有超万座超充快充站和日均2000万人次的服务能力，能为换电站提供现成流量入口。这种“能源综合服务站”模式可有效缓解电动车用户的续航焦虑，推动换电从细分市场迈向主流。
