BlockBeats 消息，4 月 4 日，根据 CryptoQuant 的报告显示，在特朗普讲话前，投资者向交易平台转移了更多的比特币、ETH 和 XRP，表明卖出意愿增强。在特朗普开始讲话后的几小时内，比特币单区块交易量同样激增。在美国，Coinbase 的比特币存款也有所增加，尤其是来自大额持有者的存款。
同样，ETH 流入交易平台的数量在 1 小时内达到约 80,000 ETH 的峰值。XRP 转入 Binance 的数量在 1 小时内跃升至 1.3 亿，而前一日大部分时间每小时不到 1,000 万 XRP。
CryptoQuant 表示，交易平台流入量上升反映了投资者在经济不确定性增加的情况下平仓的意愿，随着交易者平掉多头头寸以获利，比特币和 ETH 在永续期货市场的需求下降。但随着不利因素消退，周五晚些时候将发布的新经济数据（非农和失业报告）可能为市场短期反弹提供动力。
