--EU antitrust regulators are set to approve Safran's $1.8 billion bid for Collins Aerospace's flight-controls business, Reuters reports, citing sources.

--The European Commission's decision is conditional on Safran, a French engine and aircraft equipment maker, selling its electro-mechanical actuation business in North America, the same sources said, according to Reuters.
