金石控股集团复牌一度飙涨50%，截至发稿，股价上涨45.92%，现报0.143港元，成交额363.12万港元。
金石控股集团发布公告称，原控股股东Central Force Premium向独立第三方华宇控股转让7.5亿股持股，总代价6000万港元。完成后，买方将持有公司股本75%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.08港元，较停牌前收报折让18.37%。据悉，要约人于香港注册成立为有限公司，从事提供进出口贸易、批发及销售电子产品、销售电子零件及代理销售记忆体芯片。
