路透社布鲁塞尔4月4日 - 法国发动机和飞机设备制造商赛峰集团（Safran SAF.PA）周五获得欧盟反垄断监管机构的批准，以18亿美元收购柯林斯宇航公司（Collins Aerospace）的飞行控制业务，此前赛峰集团承诺出售北美执行器业务。
