智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.21%，报44.6港元，成交额1258.64万港元。
消息面上，英诺赛科公告，公司与意法半导体签署了一项基于氮化镓功率技术开发与制造的联合开发协议，拟在未来几年内共同推动该技术在消费电子、数据中心、汽车及工业电源系统等领域的应用。根据联合开发协议，英诺赛科可使用意法半导体在中国以外地区的制造产能生产其氮化镓晶圆，意法半导体也可利用英诺赛科在中国的制造产能生产其自有的氮化镓晶圆。
值得注意的是，英诺赛科此前发布业绩，公司全年销售收入达8.29亿元人民币，同比增长39.8%，毛利率从2023年的-61.6%提升至-19.5%，净亏损同比收窄5.1%至10.46亿元。公司通过扩大生产规模、优化工艺及降本增效措施，显著改善盈利能力，并在消费电子、新能源汽车、AI数据中心等领域实现突破。
