PANews 4月2日消息，据港媒东网报道，Meme平台9GAG联合创办人陈展程宣布正式完成对港股上市公司濠暻科技的控股收购，并计划将公司更名为MemeStrategy Inc.，此次更名旨在更精准体现公司未来的战略发展方向，但有关建议更名事项尚待股东特别大会审议通过。
据悉，MemeStrategy还宣布计划将比特币及其他高潜力虚拟资产纳入公司资产配置，同时公布董事局最新人事任命，陈展程将出任董事局主席暨行政总裁，并有多位来自9GAG及Web3创意工作室Memeland的核心成员将加入董事局担任执行董事。
