　　作为占据国内市场份额第一的头部平台，腾讯会议此次宕机直接影响教育、商务等核心场景。故障波及全国用户，主要问题包括会议闪退、登录失败及“高峰时段线路拥挤”提示。

　　社交平台反馈显示，受影响群体涵盖企业会议、网课师生及远程办公者，部分用户呼吁平台提供会员补偿方案。尽管官方称“加入会议”等功能在18:04已基本恢复，但直至全面修复前，仍有用户遭遇登录障碍。

　　据技术专家分析，故障可能源于清明节前流量洪峰冲击。目前，腾讯会议日活用户已超3亿，动态扩容机制或未及时响应假期前集中办公需求。

　　腾讯2024年财报显示，包含腾讯会议的企业服务收入2024年第四季度同比增长超40%，AI功能月活达1500万。此次事件或对其2025年云业务增速造成压力。2024全年，腾讯云服务器与服务器成本约218亿元，同比下降15%。
