智通财经APP获悉，复星国际(00656)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.28%，报4.4港元，成交额4020.51万港元。
消息面上，3月30日，复星国际公布2024年度业绩。期内，集团总收入1921.4亿元(人民币，下同);产业运营利润 49亿元。其中四大核心子公司豫园股份、复星医药、复星葡萄牙保险及复星旅文，总收入1346.5亿元，占集团总收入比重达70.1%，资产底盘稳健。
报告期内，集团产业运营利润达到人民币49亿元，运营基本面稳定。集团归属于母公司股东之亏损为人民币43.5亿元，主要因为报告期内一次性非现金的账面亏损所致。剔除重大一次性影响，集团2024年归属于母公司股东之利润约为人民币7.5亿元。
2024年，复星经营性现金流保持健康稳定。集团持续优化资产组合，集团层面资产退出签约约人民币175亿元等值，合并报表层面资产退出签约约人民币300亿元等值，进一步优化了资产负债表，夯实流动性安全垫。截至报告期末，集团总债务占总资本比率为52.0%，现金、银行结余及定期存款为1,063.4亿元。健康的负债比率及充裕的资金在加强抗风险能力的同时，也提高了把握投资机会的能力。
