【星展维持雅生活持有评级 料受雅居乐重组拖累】金十数据4月2日讯，星展发表研报指，雅居乐(03383.HK)的重组正持续进行，而作为其持股45%的有价值境外资产，雅生活(03319.HK)有可能会被纳入境外重组计划当中，透过增信或债转股方式以抵销部分未偿境外债务，因此雅居乐的重组将近期对雅生活股价构成压力。加上来自第三方及关联方的未收回应收款项能否收回仍存在不确定性，考虑到盈利前景受限，基于收入及利润率预测下调，星展进一步将雅生活今明两年盈利预测下调21%至25%，维持持有评级，目标价由2.6港元升至3港元。
