(能动Nengdong2025年4月3日讯)CES 2025上, 3M与通用汽车共同宣布3M™ Finesse-it™自动化漆面修复项目成功落地美国通用汽车工厂，正式融入生产线开启实际应用。这对原厂漆面修复的效率和质量带来革命性的提升。

通用汽车公司涂料、聚合物和增材制造总监Ryan Odegard表示，如今通用汽车的许多流程已实现自动化，但汽车漆面修复却依旧是一个复杂且高度依赖人工的环节。毕竟，终端产品的漆面质量直接影响消费者的第一印象。为了攻克手工漆面修复标准主观性强、修复质量参差不齐的难题，通用汽车早在2015年便开始探索自动化漆面修复的可能性。

3M助力通用汽车成功开发出一套有效解决方案，以应对所有汽车制造商共同面临的挑战——当车辆在装配线上流转时，借助高科技视觉系统自动识别漆面缺陷，并通过3M™ Finesse-it™自动化漆面修复系统进行打磨抛光。缺陷位置数据传输至3M软件，为机械臂末端工具生成实时修复方案，搭配3M专业的磨料和抛光液，对缺陷部位进行修复。该系统甚至可以在移动的装配线上工作，通用汽车位于田纳西州Spring Hill工厂，正是采用这种方式应用3M™ Finesse-it™漆面修复系统。
