　　协同通信（01613）公布，由于国卫会计师事务所有限公司与公司无法就审核集团截至2025年3月31日止年度综合财务报表的核数师薪酬达成共识，故国卫已辞任公司核数师，自2025年4月1日起生效。

　　在审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事会决议委任柏淳为公司新任核数师，自2025年4月2日起生效，以填补国卫辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
