Domino's Pizza (DPZ) said Wednesday it has joined DoorDash's (DASH) Marketplace platform under a new partnership with the company.
Orders on the platform will be delivered by Domino's drivers, the company said. A pilot is already underway in certain locations, with a US launch planned to start in May and across Canada later this year.
Domino's said its orders will be available to subscribers of its DashPass program, while its Domino's Rewards loyalty program will only be offered on its e-commerce platforms.
Domino's shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity, while DoorDash fell 0.9%.
