格隆汇4月1日｜AMD宣布，完成对数据中心解决方案供应商ZT Systems的收购，这笔交易在去年8月宣布时的价值为49亿美元。AMD计划保留ZT Systems的工程设计团队，而ZT Systems制造部门的二次出售预计将在今年完成。AMD表示，此次收购将在其CPU、GPU、网络芯片、开源ROCm软件和机架级系统能力的基础上新增全新的端到端AI解决方案。
