Stryker (SYK) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its US spinal implants business to Viscogliosi Brothers as part of the newly incorporated VB Spine company.
VB Spine will have exclusive access to Stryker's Mako Spine system and spine guidance software with Copilot for use with implants in spine procedures, the company stated.
It added that some international markets could transfer to VB Spine later, subject to regulatory approvals.
