Commonwealth Bank of Australia Issues $180 Million Swiss Francs Subordinated Securities

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) issued 180 million Swiss francs of subordinated fixed reset notes due April 2, 2035, as part of its $70 billion, Euro medium-term note program, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The securities potentially exchange into fully paid ordinary shares of CommBank if a non-viability trigger event occurs, as per the filing.
