　　新浪科技讯 4月1日午间消息，3月31日至4月1日，2025YY直播生态大会在广州召开。

　　今年2月25日，百度宣布与欢聚集团达成协议，正式收购YY，至此，这桩持续长达四年多的收购案终于落下帷幕，YY正式成为百度集团的一员。

　　YY CEO李乐在生态大会上表示，YY正式并入百度，依然肩负着百度移动生态娱乐内容供给者的重任，YY生态也会与百度生态加深强协同，成为百度移动生态中不可或缺的一部分，未来将在产品技术和内容层面加大建设和投入。

　　据介绍，在产品技术层面，AI是百度的战略重点，作为百度在直播领域最重要的组成部分，YY需要承担起AI在直播应用层面的落地。在内容层面，YY将与百度生态的各公司和部门进行更多的合作和资源分享。
