【The9 Limited宣布获得800万美元战略投资】4月1日消息，据官方消息，纳斯达克上市互联网企业The9 Limited宣布与加密货币投资基金Elune Capital、Fine Vision Fund和Bripheno Pte. Ltd.签署定向增发协议。根据协议，投资方将向The9注资800万美元。The9将以协议签署前30个交易日平均收盘价向投资方发行A类普通股，所发行股份将遵守法定锁定期规定。 The9将成立新公司运营其全球GameFi平台。公司拟与第三方国际加密货币基金会达成合作，将该基金会发行的GameFi代币作为平台官方加密货币，同时将与加密货币交易所开展合作，由其推动平台加密用户加入The9的GameFi生态。 The9将向投资方发行302,263,200份认股权证，权证有效期两年。部分权证行权价格为每份ADS 60美元，其余权证均分为两批：首批可在投资方或其商业伙伴与The9签署战略合作协议后行权，第二批需待The9的GameFi平台正式上线后行权，行权价格与本协议ADS发行价格相同。
