STMicroelectronics (STM) and Innoscience said Monday they have agreed to collaborate on a joint initiative for the development and manufacturing of gallium nitride technology.
Innoscience can make use of manufacturing capacity of ST in Europe while ST can leverage manufacturing capacity at Innoscience in China, the companies said.
