NJS Co. (TYO:2325) has completed its acquisition of CDC Aqua Service, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The acquisition, valued at 700 million yen, was finalized on March 31, with the share transfer scheduled for April 1.
CDC Aqua Service, established in December 2022, specializes in business process outsourcing for water and sewerage services, as well as the development and maintenance of related software.
The subsidiary reported an estimated net sales of 2.1 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 31.
