2257 GMT - Southern Cross Electrical Engineering's A$53.3 million acquisition of Force Fire Holdings impresses Bell Potter. "The Force Fire acquisition is a great deal from a valuation and earnings accretion perspective, with the expansion into Fire Safety a natural and complementary move," analyst Joseph House says. On a FY 2025 proforma basis, the deal boosts Southern Cross Electrical Engineering's EPS by 18%, estimates Bell Potter. It retains a "buy" call on Southern Cross Electrical Engineering and lifts its price target by 8.7%, to A$2.50/share. Southern Cross Electrical Engineering ended Monday at A$1.66.
