智通财经APP获悉，新城发展(01030)再跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.45%，报1.91港元，成交额1.22亿港元。
消息面上，新城发展近日发布2024年度业绩，持续经营业务营业额892.27亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少25.31%；股东应占溢利4.91亿元，同比减少44.12%。美银证券指出，该公司的流动性近期仍存在不确定性。截至2024年底公司现金水平为106亿元人民币，而2025年债券到期规模为80亿元人民币，新增经营性贷款是新城能否偿还现有到期债务的关键，重申“中性”评级，目标价由2.35港元下调至2.2港元。
值得注意的是，新城悦服务今日起停牌，公司今早公告称，由于发现与关联方之间的资金往来，董事会已对该等关联方资金往来启动调查程序。此外，该等资金往来及调查结果尚需核数师进行更多审核程序，故本公司未能根据上市规则第13.49(1)及13.49(2)条于2025年3月31日或之前刊发2024年全年业绩。2024年全年业绩的预计刊发日期将根据董事会的调查进度及其结果与核数师进一步商定，公司将适时另行刊发公告。
