archTIS Completes Sale of Data Integration Platform with Japanese Client; Shares Fall 10%

archTIS (ASX:AR9) completed the sale of the archTIS Trusted Data Integration platform to a Japanese client for an annual license fee of AU$390,000, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract is the platform's first sale since the integration with Direktiv technology. It is also archTIS' first sale in Japan, the filing stated.

The Japanese client will test the platform to assess its value in developing secure data services for customers.

archTIS' shares were down 10% in recent trade.
