NetMind.AI 总部位于伦敦，由 Kai Zou 创立，致力于打造通用人工智能（AGI）基础设施，旗下平台通过整合全球闲置 GPU 资源，为开发者提供去中心化的推理、训练及 AI 代理运行环境。此前，NetMind.AI 推出了 NetMind XYZ，允许用户设计、部署并交易具备自身代币的 AI 代理，这些代币与平台通证 $NMT 挂钩，并通过智能合约进行管理。
UOB 与 Signum 的加入将加速 NetMind.AI 在美国、欧洲及亚洲市场的拓展，并推动其在 Web3 社群建设与市场营销方面的发展。
