美国企业3月招聘速度加快，从2月因部分地区遭遇恶劣天气而导致的低迷中反弹。

　　ADP Research的数据显示，3月私营部门就业人数增加15.5万人。高于接受调查的几乎所有经济学家的预期。增长主要来自专业和商业服务、金融活动以及制造业。

　　“尽管政策存在不确定性且消费者情绪低迷，但关键在于3月的总体数据对经济和各类规模的雇主来说都是好消息，尽管未必对所有行业如此，”ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson在声明中说。

　　ADP数据进一步印证了劳动力需求依然稳定的迹象，失业救济申请和裁员水平今年以来一直相对较低。美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔上月曾将当前的劳动力市场形容为“低裁员、低招聘”的状态。

　　这份由ADP与斯坦福数字经济实验室合作发布的报告还显示薪资增长放缓。更换工作的雇员薪资同比增长6.5%，留在原职的雇员薪资增长4.6%。

　　各类规模企业3月均增加了就业岗位。东北部、中西部和南部地区的就业人数增长，西部地区则出现下降。ADP的调查基于覆盖超过2500万的美国私营部门雇员。

　　政策制定者和投资者将在周五获悉更全面的就业市场情况，届时政府将发布3月就业报告。经济学家预计非农就业增长相较2月略有放缓，但仍维持健康，预计新增就业人数为14万，失业率预计维持在4.1%。
