1509 ET - A spate of state-level bans or labeling requirements tied to food additives isn't a "material concern" for Conagra, CEO Sean Connolly says on a call with analysts. More than 90% of the Slim Jim and frozen-dinner maker's product portfolio doesn't have synthetic dyes or food colorings, the CEO says. The company will have to monitor the situation, because state-by-state legislation can create challenges for manufacturers, he says. "But with respect to food dyes and colors in general, we don't have a lot of it in our portfolio," Connolly says. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
