Shell Completes Sale of Energy and Chemicals Park in Singapore

Shell (SHEL) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its Energy and Chemicals Park in Singapore to CAPGC, a joint venture between Chandra Asri Capital and Glencore Asian Holding.

Shell said it will transfer all of its interest in the park to CAPGC.

The divestment is in line with its ongoing efforts to high-grade its Chemicals and Products business, the company said.
