　　家乡互动（03798）发布公告，现有购股权计划于2019年6月5日获本公司采纳，并自采纳日期起有效及生效。根据现有购股权计划的条款，董事会可决定即时终止现有购股权计划的运作而毋须股东批准，在此情况下，不得根据现有购股权计划进一步授出任何购股权。任何已授出但尚未行使的购股权仍然有效，并应：按照相关授出条款及条件继续受现有购股权计划的规则规管；或按照现有购股权计划的规则注销。

　　就上市规则第17章而言，2025年股份计划将构成本公司涉及授出新股份的股份计划。因此，采纳2025年股份计划须待（其中包括）股东于股东大会上批准后，方可作实。
