日前，多家券商发布了2024年年度报告，运营商财经网通过盘点券商现发布的年报发现，多家券商高管年薪缩减了近一半，其中就包括东方证券。

总的来看，东方证券2024年董监高合计薪酬为1471.70万元，与上年的2746.46万元相比减少了近一半。其中，主持工作的副总裁卢大印2024年年薪145.61万元，与上年的年薪285.21万元相比大降；上任不久的副董事长鲁伟铭2024年年薪仅99万元，还到2023年做总裁时的年薪259.8万元的一半。

上述两人均是在2024年底开始履任目前职务的。在2024年12月，东方证券一二把手齐齐更换。因任期届满，公司多位董事、监事离任，其中公司原董事长金文忠也因此离任，龚德雄接任。同时，公司原总裁鲁伟铭出任公司副董事长，副总裁卢大印开始主持工作。此外，东方证券在2024年12月还新增两位副总裁吴泽智、陈刚。

值得一提的是，东方证券2024年业绩有所增长。在2024年里，东方证券实现营业收入191.90亿元，同比增长12.29%；归属于母公司股东的净利润约为33.50亿元，同比增长21.66%。

此前，东方证券已连续两年出现业绩下滑。据天眼查显示，2022年至2023年期间东方证券净利润分别为30.10亿元、27.57亿元，同比降幅分别为43.97%、8.43%。

除此之外，据证券行业目前已公布的年报发现，除了东方证券外，中信证券、国泰君安证券等公司的高管薪酬也出现较大降幅。
