印度一边讨好特斯拉，一边对比亚迪说“不”

凤凰网科技讯 北京时间4月8日，据彭博社报道，尽管印度正在吸引美国电动汽车公司特斯拉的投资，但是该国仍在对比亚迪进行市场准入限制。
印度商务部长皮尤什·戈亚尔(Piyush Goyal)周一在孟买举行的印度全球论坛上接受了彭博电视的采访。“印度必须谨慎对待我们的战略利益，小心翼翼地选择允许哪些投资者进行投资。目前，我们对于比亚迪来印投资的态度是‘不能’。”他表示。
去年，印度拒绝了比亚迪与当地合作伙伴投资10亿美元建厂的提议。就在几天前，有消息称，比亚迪计划在印中南部特伦甘地邦首府海德拉巴投资100亿元人民币建厂。不过，比亚迪随后辟谣称，该消息“不属实”。
印度的强硬立场凸显出该国在汽车进口方面采取的广泛保护主义立场。长期以来，印度一直通过高关税来保护本国汽车制造商，对整车征收100%的进口关税，在主要经济体中是最高的。
印度希望成为全球电动汽车生产的中心，但高关税却成为了一个障碍。虽然印度市场对于价格低于2.5万美元的经济型电动汽车和紧凑型SUV的需求正在激增，但是特斯拉却因关税过高而未进入印度市场，比亚迪则在争取投资许可的过程中遇到困难。(作者/箫雨)
