　　敏实集团（00425.HK）2024年度业绩电话会：2024年公司营业额达231.5亿，同比增长13%，毛利率28.9%，同比提升1.5个百分点，经营利润和净利润分别增长29%和22%，自由现金流达13.6亿，有息负债率降至24.3%。电池盒业务增长迅猛，过去5年复合增长173%，2024年净利润率达13.8%，远高于集团平均水平。公司在北美、欧洲等海外市场布局完善，北美产能利用率超90%，欧洲新能源市场订单增长显著。2025年计划投入20亿用于产能扩张，其中非中国区占比60%，电池盒和结构件业务增长潜力大，未来将继续拓展新赛道，如人形机器人、低空经济和无线充电等。
