智通财经APP讯，海伦司(09869)发布公告，为激励本集团业务的参与者作出贡献，以及透过向彼等提供拥有本公司本身股权的机会以吸引、激励及挽留彼等为本集团的未来发展及扩张而努力，董事会已议决修订首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划的规则，将首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划项下可能授出的奖励最高总数由5765.16万股股份增加至7765.16万股股份(不包括根据首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划规则已失效或注销的奖励)，占于本公告日期本公司已发行股本的约6.14%。
