瑞财经 王敏4月7日，国泰海通证券股份有限公司（以下简称“国泰海通”）发布关于公司A股证券简称变更实施的公告

公告显示，公司A股证券简称将由“国泰君安”变更为“国泰海通”，A股证券代码“601211”保持不变。

变更日期为2025年4月11日。公司H股证券简称的变更时间将在获得香港联交所关于变更证券简称的同意后再行确定。公司H股证券代码保持不变，仍为02611。

此次变更系公司换股吸收合并海通证券股份有限公司并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项后，拟更好地反映合并后公司的实际情况。

此前，3月16日晚，国泰君安与海通证券正式发布合并重组完成等一系列公告。经国家市场监督管理总局预核准，“国泰海通”这一新名称正式敲定。同时，两家券商的客户及业务迁移合并情况也进行了有序安排。

也意味着，证券行业首个“千亿级航母券商”正式落地。

公告显示，通过与海通证券的合并重组，国泰君安总股本由89.04亿股增至176.30亿股，增幅达98%，注册资本相应调整为176.30亿元。

截至4月7日收盘，国泰海通A股总市值为2722.03亿元。

国泰君安披露的2024年度报告显示，2024年度，国泰君安主要业绩指标全面增长，实现营业收入433.97亿元，同比增长20.08%；实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润130.24亿元，同比增长38.94%；实现基本每股收益1.39元，同比增长41.84%；加权平均净资产收益率8.14%，上升2.12个百分点。

同时，国泰君安总资产首次突破万亿规模，达到10477.45亿元，同比增长13.22%。
