智通财经APP讯，超人智能(08176)发布公告，偿付契据项下的所有条件均已达成，债务资本化已于2025年4月7日完成。根据偿付契据条款，已根据一般授权向债权人配发及发行合共4553.71万股偿付股份，发行价为每股偿付股份0.174港元，以全额偿付贷款A的416.20万港元及贷款B的416.20万港元。
债务资本化完成后，贷款A及贷款B项下对债权人的所有义务及责任(包括其所累计的利息)已获悉数解除及免除。
