MasterCraft Boat Holdings' top finance executive, Tim Oxley, plans to retire from the maker of recreational powerboats at the end of the year.
MasterCraft on Monday said Scott Kent, who has been vice president of finance since 2018, will succeed Oxley as the Vonore, Tenn., company's chief financial officer on July 1.
MasterCraft said Oxley, who joined the company in 2006 and has been finance chief since October 2012, will serve as a special adviser until Dec. 31 to assist with the transition.
