中国海外发展三月物业销售金额约为212亿元，同比下降48.6%
4月7日，中国海外发展（00688）发布公告，公司截至2025年3月31日的物业销售和土地收购更新情况。公告显示，公司合约物业销售金额约为212亿元，同比下降48.6%；销售面积约为95万平方米，同比下降8.5%。
在2025年1月至3月期间，累计合约物业销售金额约为464.2亿元，同比下降22.9%，而累计已售楼面面积约219万平方米，同比上升8.4%。截至报告期末，公司录得已认购物业销售约77.29亿元，预计将在未来几个月内转化为合约物业销售。
在土地收购方面，公司在2025年3月共收购了五幅地块，权益建筑面积约为85万平方米，土地出让金约为181.05亿元。2025年1月至3月期间，累计收购土地应占楼面面积约为127万平方米，累计应付的土地出让金约为272.91亿元。此外，中国海外宏洋集团在安徽省合肥市收购了一幅地块，权益建筑面积约为11万平方米，土地出让金约为11.14亿元。整体来看，公司在物业销售和土地收购方面均呈现出不同程度的变化，投资者应对此保持关注。
