消息称宁德时代洽购蔚来能源控股权 官方回应

凤凰网科技讯 北京时间4月7日，据路透社报道，四位知情人士称，宁德时代正在洽购蔚来汽车旗下充换电业务蔚来能源的控股权。蔚来能源在中国运营着3000多座换电站。
知情人士称，今年3月，宁德时代宣布对蔚来能源进行不超过25亿元人民币的战略投资。随后，宁德时代向蔚来汽车提出了收购蔚来能源控股权的提议。知情人士并未透露宁德时代在这桩拟议交易中的具体出价。不过，其中一位知情人士表示，蔚来能源在2024年一轮融资中的估值超过100亿元人民币。
蔚来汽车并未直接回应这桩潜在交易，但表示正在与“包括宁德时代在内的多家投资者”共同建设换电站。
“蔚来和宁德时代将在资本和业务层面深化合作，并进一步巩固战略伙伴关系，共同建设全球最大的换电网络。”蔚来汽车在回复路透社的置评请求时表示。
