据媒体周一报道，石油输出国组织（OPEC）成员国3月份的石油总产量环比下降10万桶/日，降至至2657万桶/日。

　　其产量下降主要是受到伊朗、委内瑞拉和尼日利亚等国减产所致。

　　受美国制裁影响，伊朗3月原油侧拉链减产8万桶/日，至310万桶/日。

　　电力系统故障和制裁的双重影响导致委内瑞拉减产5万桶/日，至78万桶/日。

　　国内炼厂分流致使尼日利亚减产3万桶/日，至148万桶/日。

　　尽管OPEC+原定4月起逐步增产40万桶/日，但实际产量不升反降，主要是因为地缘政治约束：美国重启对伊朗石油禁运，委内瑞拉PDVSA公司遭遇航运保险限制。此外尼日利亚基础设施老化，Forcados油田管道泄漏事故持续影响出口。
