【国泰君安：海通证券存量客户与业务整体迁移并入国泰海通】金十数据4月7日讯，国泰君安公告，公司名称已由“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”（以下简称“国泰海通”），并于近日取得上海市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》和中国证监会换发的《经营证券期货业务许可证》。海通证券存量客户与业务整体迁移并入国泰海通，海通证券承接的投资银行业务（如辅导、保荐承销、财务顾问、新三板挂牌、债券承销、持续督导、受托管理等项目）均由国泰海通完整承继，海通证券对外签署的协议均由国泰海通继续履行。
