Mineral explorer PhosCo (ASX:PHO) extended the closing date of its entitlement offer and oversubscriptions to May 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
New shares and options will now be issued on May 8. Trading will start on May 9.
Under its current capital raising, eligible shareholders may subscribe for one new share for every 2.8 existing shares held at an issue price of AU$0.05 per new share.
