【广汽集团等入股广东新型储能】金十数据4月7日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，广东新型储能国家研究院有限公司发生工商变更，新增广汽集团旗下优湃能源科技有限公司、杰华特、华电集团旗下中国华电科工集团有限公司等为股东，同时发生董事变更。广东新型储能国家研究院有限公司成立于2023年4月，法定代表人为姜海龙，注册资本2亿元人民币，经营范围包括储能技术服务、新材料技术研发、新兴能源技术研发等，现由南网科技、亿纬锂能及上述新增股东等共同持股。
