中信证券认为特朗普展示的（美方视角下）双边关税差异可能是美国关税政策加征的阶段性“终点”，不过最终执行结果或弱于口头沟通，市场实质性的恐慌情绪一次性到位，后续应重点关注政策落地及执行以及新政策的出台。而对华关税方面，后续应特别注意观察中美关系从当前的“制裁-反制裁”向“管控分歧-防风险”方向的变化，在不确定性情绪积聚以及释放以前，该因素对资产价格的影响尚未结束。
