Count Subsidiary to Merge with South Australia Financial Planning Firm; Shares Down 3%

Count (ASX:CUP) said accounting and financial planning firm Johnston Grocke will merge with Count Adelaide, bringing AU$3.8 million in new revenue, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company holds a 45% share of Count Adelaide, which will increase to around 65% by the fiscal year 2026 after the expected merger completion in May, the filing said.

Count shares fell nearly 3% in recent trade on Monday.
